We all have our individual experiences and perspectives in this lifetime on Earth. This makes us, among many other things, unique—or you could look at it the other way around: because we are all unique, our perspectives on life are too. What I’ve learned is that in areas where I am less experienced, others have gained deep insight, and vice versa. We can grow by listening to each other. I truly believe that listening to someone else’s perspective enables us to expand our own and gain a more complete understanding of a situation, an experience, or a lesson.
That’s why I’m starting with me. I’m sharing my thoughts, my experiences, and my perspective to spark conversation—and to learn from your perspectives when you share them. My hope is that by opening up, I inspire you to do the same, creating space for deeper connection and growth.

About me
I’m Lea — a Kundalini Activation facilitator, energy worker, and DJ. My path has been one of deep healing and self-discovery, including my studies in Medicine (though I’m not a practicing doctor). This background has deepened my understanding of the connection between mind, emotions, and body — a connection I now integrate into my work. RISE SHINE UNITE is a space for connection, growth, and transformation. Through Kundalini Activations, 1:1 sessions, and community gatherings, I aim to hold space for you to reconnect with your true self and others authentically with an open heart.
